Title: Czech lamp shade?

I found this in my parents attic today, it looks very Czech to me but am unsure if they actually made lamp shades. Upside down it makes a great looking bowl or candle cover. When looking at the shade as it would hang, the bottom edge is cut flat.

It look like Borske sklo.

Thanks Jindrich, I thought it almost impossible not to be Czech.
