Title: Reddish brown tall vase for id

Found this today. I thought maybe Scandinavian? on inspection/reflection I'm thinking  :or: mainly on account of the base. There is however possibly a mark there - or am I seeing things?

Size: 300 mm tall

Baltic or Polish I think.
