Title: Is this lidded pot antique Georgian or Regency or something more modern?

Is this lidded pot Georgian or Regency or something more modern? It has striations, some small air bubbles and seeds with plenty of wear on the base.

I'd have no problem in dating it ca. 1790-1820 - which makes it both Georgian and Regency, I believe.
