Stands 9" tall. It looks Scandinavian to me but I Haven't been able to ID it. Does anyone know who made it? Thanks!

Could be French, maybe Czech, or
This might benefit from being moved into Glass, a few more eyes may find it there.

Hi not sure IF I am much help.....but I thought I seen something like this while I was trolling the Web looking for a match for that smokey vase I have.
I can not remember which site I saw something like yours -- but I am thinking it might ????? have been here. (I could be wrong, as memory fails every now and then...) :-\

I echo that... the style with these heavy lobes was used a lot in France, and that would be my first guess (but sadly I can't offer more than a feeling here). Czech (Chribska for instance) wouldn't be impossible, I assume other forum members will be able to tell you with more certainty.

As I stated above this link http://www.freeformsusa.com/glass/glass5.htm (http://www.freeformsusa.com/glass/glass5.htm) has Czech, Sweden, British, German, Danish, etc, etc samples there. So I can not remember if it was there (or not) but worth the look....even as just eye Candy...LOL

If, as I suspect Patti is in the USA, I wouldn't rule the USA out either.
