I've seen some other etched crowns but this one doesn't look like what I've seen so far. Anyone familiar with it or can point me to a collection of marks to run through.... Thanks!

Can we see a picture of the whole piece, please?
With its tulip and shape the mark reminds me of Gräflich Schaffgotsch Josephinenhütte:

What do you think?

Pamela, thank you for the link. I have not had a chance to look through them yet but have just enough time to post a couple pics before I have to dash. Back later. The image with two is just one with flash, one without. The other two just to show the cut detail. The glass is 7" tall (17.5cm).

Pamela, your suggestion has lead me to believe they are related if not the same company. I found a different set of glassware identified as 'Josair' that has the same acid etched mark as on mine; ie with the cross on top. After reading a bit my understanding is that for some years Josephinenhutte was imported to the USA as 'Josair'. Now just to find the pattern. Getting closer. Thanks!!!

:hi: Buck,
thanks for the pictures!
shape of your glass is a # 21 Biertulpe, which is very much 50ies, I'd say:

Unfortunately, not all patterns in their 1958 catalogue picture a # 21 shape, but I think DAGA could be a cut quite close :
