Look what l have found today. I bet David hasn't got one of this.
Hellenic handkerchief vase same as the earlier swirl handkerchief vase shown in David book. Except this one is larger at 5.5 inches high and base is 3.5 inches.

Ooooooooooh! :hiclp:

Great find     ;D

Wow! :o :o

Well, wow, sort of! Difficult to place this one, but I reckon it's a circular plate blank that's been slumped like an early handkerchief vase. It could be a trial piece or a frigger made by one of the workers but, all the same, very rare.
(should be in a museum – mine)

I have to say, Hellenic really suits the hanky vase shape. :hiclp: :rah:

Thanks for the comments.
Nice to find a rare piece at last. It's the same charity shop that l got the two Orlak tumblers sometimes ago.

...and where would that be Ming? ;D ;D

I bet he's not telling, Keith! :)

Yes you are right Ann. I am not going to tell Keith and anyway he can't get there as he got no car.
