Stands almost 10" high the is ground and polished, colour very similar to Whitefriars midnight blue.

Never did find out who made this, any thoughts on the Scandinavian theory?

I've faint memories of Alsterfors using this - or a very similar - colour.

I have a few pieces in this colour and am inclined to think either Wiesenthalhütte or Boussu.
