Title: Old Duck container--purple tint to glass? ID = Central Glass Co, USA
Post by: SPACEY on October 22, 2010, 12:07:59 AM
Hi, I have an old duck shaped container, I would love to know who this is by and how old it is. the glass has fine impressions and amazing detail all over. THe seems glass is clear and shiny on the top half and frosted on the bottom half. It has a purple tint to it which is very pretty and different. about 18.5 cms long. Thanks! amanda

The purple tint means your duck has been doing too much sunbathing, as it's sun purpling rather than deliberate.
