Title: Ash Tray - Possibly Czech??
Post by: Tommy B on October 27, 2010, 09:03:36 PM
Hi All,

This is my first post ever!!

I have an amber ashtray and I am wondering if it is Czech in origin? My daughter seems to suggest it is. There are nice indentations around the base and a flat square shaped bottom. Photos attached. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have just started collecting glass.

Hi Pamela,

Thanks for your reply. I had a look at your website and it is absolutely brilliant. Inspirational! I had better keep collecting!

I have not found it in Chribska catalogues, not Skrdlovice, possibly Mstisov or Karlovarske sklo, if Czech/Czechoslovakian.
