Here is a third tumbler that I would appreciate knowing the pattern and maker.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Mystery solved; This EAPG has been identified thanks to Sean George.  Sean identified the pattern as Paddle Wheel and Shield.  I did further research and found the glass was produced by Westmoreland circa 1912.  Thanks again Sean for your help.

Out of curiosity, what was the OMN (original manufacturer's name) for the pattern?

I'm not sure about original manufacture name.  If anyone knows please let me know.
