Title: Blue vase with twisted stem and and white encased interior

I bought this vase yesterday and I am wondering if anyone knows where it was made.

It has a clear hexagonal base

The quality of the glass, the milky inner casing, the general design. It all points towards Chinese manufacture, probably from a couple of decades ago?
