Title: Bubble Glas Jug
Post by: bpinkent on November 11, 2010, 10:45:22 AM
Hello - can anyone help me identify a jug I recently came across - it is 23cm tall and 16 cm wide and a bluey colour.

Regards

Peter

I've one of these, acquired in an auction job-lot. It's made in a faux-antique greyish clear glass, with lots of tooling artifacts, mould seams up the sides, a hand-finished pouring spout, and a very coarse pontil mark.

I don't feel there's any age to it, and the quality is pretty average.
