Hi everyone, I haven't come across this one before, so would be very grateful of some help identifying the maker and pattern name if possible...

Hi Rose, it is indeed thanks  :), I saw that one myself actually while googling, I just wasn't sure if their description was correct.  Hoping someone here can verify.  :X:
