Any Idea on this one, I'm thinking Italian maybe?

It's 220mm tall with a fair amount of base wear - any Ideas

Oh that is very striking !!  Very Pretty the way the light reflects through the base so strong.  I would not have a clue.  If I were to guess ????  Maybe Empoli ???
