Title: Unknown anchor label

Anyone recognise this label? Found on a small blue vase with white interior and crimped rim.

The inward quotation marks are used in Danish, where anchor also makes sense. Can be used in German and some landlocked like Serbian and Slovakian where anchor makes less sense but not impossible.
