It's an importers label - Jones and Co - believe they were based in Birmingham (correct me if I am wrong), actual maker of the vase is not shown on these labels.

oh right, thought I had got myself some Scandi glass thanks hon

It  is Scandi, the label says Made in  Sweden on it, but it was IMPORTED by Jones and Co.in bulk in the 60s and 70s.  If you show a full photo of the vase, someone will probably be able to tell you from which factory it originated.
