Title: My first piece of spuriously signed “Loetz “
Post by: Mac on November 27, 2010, 03:49:34 PM
Just for your interest/education - pictured on my blog is a piece of Kralik posing as Loetz (it is signed Loetz, Austria)

It is the same shape as another piece of Kralik that I have except that I haven’t seen this décor before.

Have looked through all my stuff and can only find Kralik 'oilspot' that is similar but don't think that it is,seems to be a blend of Kralik and Loetz styles, maybe Craig will know ,very nice though ;D

Thanks Keith. Craig is on it. He hasn't seen the decor before either. We are hoping Al might have seen it.

Thank you claretjugcollector "Loetz Austria" is there. It is just difficult to photograph.

I heard from Al and he has not seen it before either. It is definitely a new Kralik decor we have not seen....

Craig, I found a piece of Loetz Mimosa Candia today, I think.

Everything fits according to the Loetz site and Al's site.

Once I get it cleaned and photographed I will send you pics for confirmation.
