Title: Silver Jubilee glass

Picked this up for very little from a charity shop, the price label was cover the signature, one of those that rip off if you try to peel them back. Took it home hopeful after seeing the limited edition numbers at the bottom.
Thought at first it read Stefan Glover but found nothing, Stefan Oliver maybe? came up with this.

Glass engraver, Calligrapher, and Illustrator, not much on the web site, anyone know anything about him?

There is an email address for him on his contacts page as well as a 'real world' address. You might be able to buy some nice wine while you are at it!

John do you think if I send another enquiring about a dozen cases of his finest Red he may reply ::)
