Hi all
Please save me from my madness :ho:
I bought this today as i saw one about a week whilst searching the net for info (maybe it was in a book), i now cant find where i saw it and cant remember what it said.
I keep thinking it is a riihimaki vase by Nanny Still but ive searched all my Riihimaki resources and cant see it, so am thinking maybe something else entirely.
Beautiful blue in colour, cased in clear, fairly heavy with a ground and polished pontil 25cm tall and weighs 1.2kg
many thanks michelle

Is this listing one you saw? Can't help you with maker, but they look similar, I suspect fairly new

I also have this, which was a new vase bought not long ago; it has a different base to yours, but the texture is similar. This one is from China (with label)

Thanks emmi, not the one i saw unfortunitly, it was same colour as mine, but obviously they are the same as mine.
AHH BLESS...whitefriars, i dont think so.
Its got a bit of surface wear nothing extreme, and i had thought it felt very much like the Flandari decanter i had same colour aswell.
Oh well, will put it on the :or: side then
:fc:
