Well I could be wrong but I'm going to stick my neck out and ask ;D
Is this Harrach overshot peloton? or maybe Kralik?
I think it is quite old. The peloton is very fine strands of yellow, white, pink and blue. It has a beautifully polished pontil and is square curved from the shoulders down - difficult to show in pics but there are four'corners' at the shoulder point, curving out then in to a square base. It is 6 1/2" tall and about 5" wide to the outside edge of the handle.
There are dirty marks round the edge of where the handle has been applied to the jug that have 'crept underneath' the gob of glass where it attached at the bottom of the handle, and also round the top where it attaches. The base is dirty, so apologies if it shows in the pics but I have no way of getting it completely clean. it look to me as though it was blown, then rolled in the peloton strands, then coated with overshot - the overshot is over the peloton strands. I actually thought it was crackle glass initially, then perhaps glue chip but then looking at other examples of glue chip I think not. I think it is overshot. Am I right? And age wise is it quite old? The shape looks very contemporary but I feel sure it is a lot older than it looks. It glows with the manganese glow under blacklight.
The only other I could find that looks as though it comes from the same place is this one in the Severn collection

last one on the page. I have seen another attributed to Phoenix glass that also looked similar, but the one above was the closest in terms of decor.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
many thanks
