I could believe that this paperweight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574631383&toolid=10001&campid=5335820906&customid=&icep_item=400179610258&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) is Bohemian (using the word in a vague way to include Silesia / Thuringia) , but I would have put the date 50 years later. Any thoughts on origin or date?

Agreed. I would have said 1900 to 1914, Thuringia.
