Title: No idea where this might be from. Help!!!!

This water carafe or vase looks somewhat Scandinavian to me.  It has no marks I could find.  The "vase" has obviously been blown first and then the extra glass has been formed in a mould.  It is of course quite massive - that base is thick and the vase part itself is close to 6 or 7 mms thick.

These have been on the board before but I cannot remember any of the details. There is a vague nagging thought at the very back of my mind resembling Pukeberg but after a brief search I am none the wiser.

How big is it?

Circa 6" diameter and about the same height.
