Title: Huge Iridescent Vase Steuben (?)

This vase is huge, about 20 inches tall.  It's unsigned, and I don't think it's Steuben but I'd love to be wrong. ;)  Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea who it is, but I know it is not Steuben...
