Title: id request for uranium vase, rubina verde or lemonescent or?

I intend to sell this small vase but it would be nice to know more about it to both list it accurately and satisfy my own curiosity.

I first assumed it would be described as a piece of rubina verde but there are also some similarities with Webb's Lemonescent (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,7151.0.html). The production process described here (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,36921.msg201423.html#msg201423) and further on in that thread looks right for this vase, the distribution of the pink glass is not completely even.

The vase stands 4 inches tall (10cm), any help with where it was made and when would be very welcome.
