Title: Rosice-Moravske Kyjov vase No. 8465 (1957)
Post by: Paul S. on January 05, 2011, 09:12:34 PM
just realized that you can't post directly into a 'Czech' sub forum. :pb: -  so it's here instead.     Picked this up because it looked very 'deco', or so I thought  -  and have just found it on Marcus Newhall's CD.........and it is shown on page 24 of the CD catalogue - pattern No. 8465 (28 cms.) from the Rosice-Moravske Kyjov catalogue c. 1957.   If I have any of that wrong folks, please do shout.   Unfortunately, it has a couple of large nibbles from the foot, but think you will agree certainly an unusual shape, and quite eye catching :)

I love that shape, Paul. and I'd agree it looks like the Rosice pattern No. 8465 vase. Those big diamond shaped vases are glorious!
