No. The pulled feather technique is widely used by lots of companies but yours has twisted "canes" that have been feathered not just plain glass strands.

Yours appeards to be a Murano paperweight, the central cane, the high dome and the flat polished base all indicate M.
I seem to recall most of Hamon's paperweights were signed in some way, by stamp or by a frit "H" at the base.

The butterfly pw I posted had the "H" on the bottom, so that's what it would look like.

Your paperweight is Fratelli Toso. I've had a few of this type. The canes are not twisted as much as crimped to give them shape. Yours is a fairly nice one. Some of these pws are beautiful and others are quite ugly.
