Sorry mate, I did see one the other day without the label - they seem a nice quality piece when handled.
Points to Scandi IMO then again I could be wrong.
-
Thanks mate, thought Scandi myself cannot find the label any where though?
Found a 'rare' ruby vase in town today

Your elephant looks a lot like a Czech glass cobalt one I have on top of a bell. The bell is marketed in the UK by Czech Glass Limited. It would fit in the your label BUT this is not the label I've seen for Czech Glass Limited. I have a picture of my elephant attached. Same little pinched tail behind.
-
Found your elephant bell on their site + some birds catches and fishes all seem to be cobalt blue or have a coloured core.

Your label is a retailer one from the Glass Forest at Harrogate, where they sell only Czech glass. http://www.glassforest.co.uk/Scripts/default.asp

Hi Jeanniegal, your pink ellie is actually made in Wales, not an import. They have a website you can look at to see their range of glass, including their animals, and you can see a video of a swan being made as well.
Here's the link:

Lovely glass with many of the pieces very similar in shape to Wedgwood amd Langham Glasshouse shapes.
Well done for your bravery.......by the way :rah:

It's a great place to browse - we've been specially to see what they have and spent ages talking to the lady who runs it. Time for another visit soon methinks! :)
