Title: Diamond Clear Indiana Glass
Post by: bluefalconmom on January 07, 2006, 02:40:23 PM
Hi, I just found your site and am happy to find other glass lovers!  I have found a glass pattern Diamond Clear by Indiana Glass and am looking for information about it.  I believe it is an old pattern, but does not seem to be very valuable, but I do think it is very pretty.  Does anyone know any history of this company and pattern?
Thanks,
Kim

Hi,

It sounds as if you are referring to Indiana's "Diamondpoint" pattern, which was made in such large amounts for almost 20 years (1950s into the 70s I believe) and the reason it's doesn't sell for high prices. It was made in crystal, ruby stained and in colors too, some with a satin finish.

Here is another link that might be of help to you.
