Title: Small bud vase with signature to id - ID = Jim Munnelly

I'm struggling to read this one Help please!

The first word *looks* like UBALDO ???  Is there a place, or a country by that name???  Region ?

Other words look like ??? Joe Mannelly ?? or Jr.  Mannelly ?? or something like that.  Can you still get a closer pic, and try dusting it lightly with some powder ??

These are all guesssssss  :spls: :spls2: ???????

the second line seems to be could the top word be Eduardo the  J or la    M....lly

I think the first word of the second line is Jim - however I've done quite a long search and not found anything to match.  Possibly the second name is Mc_____lly?

Jim Munnelly ? my initial thought on seeing it.
Not quite sure of the spelling  he worked at Whitefriars

Thanks for your deductions guys - Antiquerose nearly had it from the off too!

As for the other word??? I sort of see: Rube do - do you!
