The first word *looks* like UBALDO ??? Is there a place, or a country by that name??? Region ?
Other words look like ??? Joe Mannelly ?? or Jr. Mannelly ?? or something like that. Can you still get a closer pic, and try dusting it lightly with some powder ??

the second line seems to be could the top word be Eduardo the J or la M....lly

I think the first word of the second line is Jim - however I've done quite a long search and not found anything to match. Possibly the second name is Mc_____lly?
