:hi:
I got this today. I am not sure about it. It is oblong, blue and clear glass. Each end has One simple pulled bubble. It is about 9 inches long, and 5 inches wide. The base does show some wear.
If I were to guess -- I am thinking it might be Alta Glass Glass from Canada. I did not find it on that site, but the reason why I am thinking it might be Alta Glass is from another item that I have here (and clearly ID, and found on the Alta Glass Site) -- as it appears both that one, and this one have similar looking bases, IMHO. But.....I am not sure IF Alta Glass did glass with any bubble(s) in them, and the bubble in this does seem to be better made, than if Chinese. So I dunno know.....
See other Glass/base here (See the better photos in that post):

Either that -- or Lorraine glass (Canada) or even :or: , or ?????
That is not a nick in the bottom, but the way it was made...
Any ideas? Thanks

Another possible direction is that it might be Belgium (like Val St. Lambert) or France (for instance Bayel).
If it hadn't been for the bubble which I have never seen before, the rest of the shape and the way the colour is used grading from darker in the middle towards clear on the edges reminds me most of Bayel.
Anyway, maybe you can use that direction for further searching?

thanks Astrid :kissy: :kissy:
I will see what I can find. Is this shape (kinda) a Banana Shape Bowl? I thought someone else had something like this on here, and it was referred to that Shape. These suggestions of yours are unheard of by me, so Yes - will check them out!!
Thanks again -- I will look around here!!!
