Seen some of these post got buried here -- so I thought I would bring them back up.  This is really pretty.  I am not sure if you call the finish Frosted or Satin ???

I think it is frosted. Looks really pretty. 

What is the Size of it??

The basket shown below, in same pattern, and it was Ided as old Poland. Nothing else I know about. I was thinking this glass was made from modified old Germany manufacturer's molds when some companies were demolished and went to USSR and possibly other close located to Germany countries (as Poland) after WWII.
In the Russia were often found glass pieces wade from older germany molds with added letters or without. Older pieces had better quality than newer, because old molds were replaced or worn off molds were used.
