Title: Splotchy cream & brown vase with all-over gold inclusions for ID

It has a Victorian feel to me but I guess it must be quite new  - Any ideas?

Height - 150mm
Width  - 135mm

Doesn't look Victorian to me. Are the "gold" bits actually gold coloured or are they copper coloured?

Actually copper would be a fairer description. One of the reasons I thought it had an older feel was because of all the  inclusions within the glass.

There's a vast difference. In that case it might be modern Chinese.

Well, it might be rose-Gold ;) The inclusions I mentioned previously are not the Gold/copper bits but little black and white bits within the glass which I think are called seeds? But I presume these are on  Chinese items too?
