Title: rainbow flowers and bowl with swirls .

This little bowl has very pretty rainbow flowers which have a kind of carnival glass sheen to them 6cm high and 10cm wide,i would appreciate it if anyone can id this piece,many thanks for your interest.Lynn

Possibly modern German - Walther?, but not the Auguste Walther & Sohne one
