Title: Can you help Id this textured blue glass vase?

Bought this today, I thought that it might be czech??? I has this chunky crystalized outside and white inside. It has a fire polished base (I think that is what the term is!) and visable seams down the sides, so it must be pressed in a mould.
Any help would be great !
