Title: Single bud vase conical bubble base - ID help?

Can anybody help idea this bud vase please. It has a hollow conical shaped base with bubbles. Vase itself is greeny brown whilst base is clear. All suggestions gratefully received John

Thanks Christine, it now looks very similar to examples on this site attributed to a Portugese maker

Yup! Almost certainly made in Portugal, but don't know who by sorry.
