Title: Help Identify Deco? Glass Figures

Can anyone help me identify these i have a couple unsure if the are Sklo Union or maybe Russian? old or new? They appear bluish in the photos but they are clear and pressed glass

Possibly RCR Crystal - I think they are art deco in style only...somewhere to start though!
