Hmmm don't think it's any of those - Italian/Polish/Chinese maybe?

A lovely swung vase, 90% certain it's American, early 20th century... don't recognise the pattern though.

Robert. i have collected this pattern (Galloway in US Woodrow in Canada) for over 20 years now and have over 800 pieces (my mother started in 1972 and her collection has over 350). Her collection has two olive green vases like yours only they are 600 mm tall (24"). I have four emerald green vases, and about 15 clear ones of various sizes. If you want to know more about the pattern, please contact me. If the vase is for sale, i would be very interested in purchasing it - it is very hard to find in this colour. If you want to collect this pattern i can direct you to some piece s in the UK. Many thanks for posting.
