Title: I at first thought it might be Australian but it seems not. Help

This elegant Pulled feather vase is c. 25cms tall.  It is signed "Emile K" - although I can't seem to find a way to get a good photo of that.  The dot above the "i" is drwawn like a sun with 6 rays coming from it.

Can anyone suggest a maker please.

Bump.  I really like this vase but am getting nowhere for a possible maker.

The only 'feathery' type design maker I can think of is Kewblas,Union glass co. USA,can't find ant Emile K, :huh:
