Help needed to identify and date this unusual piece.I think its late 19th century english,The hand engraving is of a high quality..All help gratfelly recived...Scott

Turning your pictures round would be really helpful. Photobucket offers that facility. We also need a base shot and dimensions

DIMENSIONS;- Height 12cm ...Width at widest point 4.25cm.. Width Base 4cm...
The engraving on this piece is of a good quality ..
