Was rather hoping this is Whitefriars but I don't know - did they make them this little?

For this one I would guess one of the Swedish glasshouses of lesser renown, or one of the German glass makers. Nice shape, nice colur and very seventies.

It might be from Whitefriars but not sure at that size. http://www.whitefriars.com/catalogues/contents.php?ID=8992&id=819
There are lots of potential makers for vases in this style.
Is the rim flat and polished or rounded? Perhaps someone with more Whitefriars experience can help rule it in or out.

I had a whitefriars one in willow here are the dimensions 7.75 inches (20cms) tall, 3.9cms rim diameter, 4.8cms base diameter. Below is a picture
