I had this item for sale on ebay.
I know nothing about it other than it's really striking in real life & quite unusual - not seen another.
If anyone knows who the maker/manufacturer is or any other info that would be great.
Thank you.

I would recommend you do your research before you list your items for sale (good practice and it makes your listings appear more professional). A bit of info and help here: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,23766.0.html
Many people here will not comment on a live auction, not wanting to distort the result in one form or another.

Thanks for the tip. The platter ended unsold.
I still have it & rather like it so may just keep it.

Shows how much attention I was paying.... ::)
If you do like it, keep it, you never know where or when you might find another.

Yes - quite.
I do wonder what it was for though. Because of the different techniques - I think it may have been an apprentice piece It looks great with chocolates in it.
Thanks.

I've relisted it as I need the cash - kinda hoping it doesn't sell in a way, but here's the link if anyone is interested.
