Title: Some more czech

I know protocol is no more than 2 posts in 24 hours so hres a second one

Czech basket yellow to base and blue to top with four flanged heavy smooth foot

Chrbriska I was once told bowl with yellow into orange

Large four sided yellow to green bowl again same foot formation

Finally a vase wich is moulded then seems to have been meted at the top by the glass maker

Any identification welcome on makers or designers

Thanks for the IDs - great website - will take me time to navigate it :)

Here are some more Czech pieces

First is very heavy and tinted green to top 8" high
Second is as usual heavy and 9" high
Third has eliptical rim and is 7" high
Fourth heavy and 7.5" high

hello adam  - believe that the second item down (in blue) is, I'm fairly sure a Markhbeinn vase  -  and is shown on Pamela's site under the German listings.   They are very deco looking - although having measured my two examples they seem to be more like 10" rather than 9". :)  attractive vases.

Markhbeinn was a dealer, a wholesaler that marketed mainly Inwald's glass and some Libochovice glass (possibly some others too), primarily in France.

seems I have mislead you adam - sincere apologies.    I was going to add that the third piece down looks, to me, more Scandi possibly, with its simplicity, and that eliptical shaped rim. :)

I don't think you mislead anyone, Paul - and I wasn't trying to suggest that - I just thought that the information re. Markhbeinn would be useful to know.

I have scanned a section of a page from my own copy of Markhbeinn's August 1936 catalogue (image below). It depicts the vase in question. I would say that it is an Inwald item, based on context, numbering and style / characteristics (jmho).
