Title: Antica Murrina Veneziana - pattern name?

This paperweight was given to me in the mid 90s, my mother in law brought it back from Venice. It's labeled, so I know the maker, but I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this particular pattern and whether it's still in production? It's not really my area, so I want to be prepared in case I'm going to sell it.
