Title: Murano Glass Pitcher?

This has some age to it the base is very worn and the over all feel is 50s or 60s

Glass pitcher fading clear to blue at top

Has an Italian feel to it - 11'' high aprox

Nope - the design is by Skruf, but most of these now come out of Poland.  Not seen a blue graded one yet - must be quite unpleasant to serve red wine...

You're right about the Italian feel to it, although I agree with Ivo re Skruf derivation.  The hole in the vase, 'forato' in Italian, is the result of the influence of  a Henry Moore sculpture exhibition in Venice post WW II. The idea obviously spread.
