Title: Beautiful, heavy, cased art glass vase with internal floral decor
Post by: peejyweejy on March 18, 2011, 02:04:27 PM: This vase is very heavy and approximately 6" in height. It is decorated internally, which seems to be between the two layers of glass...if you know what I mean! Any information on this would be great!

Post by: Mosquito on March 18, 2011, 02:45:34 PM: Definitely not antique, these are no older than 80s. They're quite nice quality and in my opinion are a good thing to collect if you can find them for the right price.

Post by: chopin-liszt on March 18, 2011, 04:13:56 PM: The clear glass tends to be a poor colour - very yellowy. They frequently come with orange flowers inside though sometimes you can find fairly attractive pieces with big purple flowers and bigger green leafy bits. (if you like flowery stuff)

ps. the ones in the link provided are not at the right price. :thud:
