Title: Streaky blue vase - ID = Adrian Sankey

I'm unsure what to say about this vase apart from it measure's 6 inches high and just under 4 inches diameter also the base shows quite alot wear.
I have no idea where its from or who made it hence the post. Thanks again in advance.
