Title: Help ID Blue Square with Anchor?

This is a small 2.5" square blue dish? with an raised anchor.

These are sometimes confused with Erik Hoglund designs but they are smaller and are not in his style, however they are very likely made by Plus in Norway: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,32479.msg177553.html#msg177553

These look very similar, but they don't give a makers name....I wonder if each of the designs had some specific meaning in Norwegian history / culture??

Those sure do look like what I have even the backs look similar!  Thanks so much for the help!
