I see these around now and then and thought I'd snag one to see if I could find out who made them. It's hard to see but there are some gold flecks in the swirly white/brown part of the bowl

I believe these are Chinese and generally, at least the ones I have seen, have a very frosted ground base. Sold all the time on ebay as Murano..... of course.....
