Title: Midsummer vase
Post by: Lee on March 27, 2011, 01:07:10 PM
Hi

I've just picked up a lovely glass vase, and with a great deal of luck, and the pictures available on this forum,  I've managed to identify it as a piece of Midsummer.

It stands 6 inches tall, by 2 1/2 inches across.

If any forum member would like to save a copy of any of these pictures then please feel free to do so...... but please do it quickly as the chances are that the pics will be moved within a few days.

Mod: huge images resized to something more sensible for smaller screen users. Click each image to view the larger versions.

Lee, welcome to the board. Are these your own pictures? If so we can save copies here on the board for future reference if that's OK with you?

Hi Anne

Thank you for the welcome.

I can confirm that they are my pics, and you're welcome to do with them what you will.

At some stage in the future I'll attempt to take some better one's  :X:

It was thanks to your members pictures that I was able to identify the vase, so the least I can do is to attempt to give something back to the forum.

That's super, thank you Lee. I'll go resize them so they'll fit our size limits and add them to your original post.

Pics added to original post now. I'll cross-reference this to our Midsummer Glass topic as well to make it all connected. http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,4180.0.html
