Title: Blue and white spatter glass jug with red streaky handle - Polish?

I bought this as a friend's birthday present and would like to be able to tell her something about it.  I think it could be Polish?  Has anyone come across this or similar on their travels please?  The spatter is white on blue, uncased and the handle is a really pretty streaky red.  It is large, 11" (28cm) tall and no wear to the base.  Sold as Murano.

p.s. the handle looks oddly large, and it is, but is perfectly balanced for pouring if you did want to use it.  
p.p.s. the base looks wonky because of the photo. It isn't.  The whole thing is made beautifully actually.

I believe you're right - it looks like Makora.
